It's Tinkoff Bank. After reading some stuff and being somewhat concerned, I called their main 800 number to confirm that it was indeed them that had called me. They confirmed that they had, even giving me the correct time of the call. So, the call is legit and is not spam. They're offering credit card services is all. They just call a bit too often for my taste. Реклама
